Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 26, 2026

CatchCall AI ("CatchCall," "we," "us") provides automated call-answering and text follow-up services for service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

What We Collect

When a call to a business using CatchCall AI is not answered, we collect the caller's phone number, the content of any text messages exchanged through our system, and basic call metadata (time, duration, outcome). We do not collect names, addresses, or payment information beyond what is shared directly in a call or text.

How We Use This Information

Information is used solely to send an automated follow-up text after a missed call, relay the conversation to the business owner, and maintain a basic record of the interaction for the business's own reference.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is used only to deliver the missed-call follow-up service itself.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply to text messages sent or received through this service.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in by texting START. Reply HELP for support.

Data Retention

Call and text records are retained only as long as needed to provide the service to the business you contacted, or until the business requests deletion of its records.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use third-party infrastructure providers, including Twilio for call and text delivery and Anthropic for generating automated reply text, to operate this service. These providers process data only as needed to deliver messages.

Changes

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 26, 2026

These Terms govern use of the CatchCall AI missed-call text-back program ("the Program"). By calling a business that uses CatchCall AI, or by replying to a text sent by the Program, you agree to these Terms.

Program Description

CatchCall AI automatically sends a text message to customers whose calls to a participating business go unanswered. The message confirms the call was received and that someone will follow up. Subsequent texts may be exchanged to gather basic information about the request before the business calls back.

Consent and Opt-In

End users provide consent by calling the business phone number published on the business's website or public listings. When a call to this number is not answered, the caller automatically receives one text message confirming their call was received and that someone will follow up. No user is texted unless they have first called the relevant number. This is a closed-loop, automated reply tied directly to the user's own inbound call, not unsolicited outreach.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the customer's interaction with the business: typically one initial follow-up text per missed call, and any reply messages necessary to relay the request to the business.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages, unless you opt back in by texting START. For help, reply HELP.

No Guarantee of Response Time

While the Program is designed to provide a fast initial response, CatchCall AI does not guarantee any specific response time from the business, nor that any service request will be fulfilled.

Accuracy of Automated Replies

Initial text replies are generated automatically and should not be relied upon as a final quote, scheduling confirmation, or binding commitment. Final details should be confirmed directly with the business.

Limitation of Liability

CatchCall AI provides the Program on an "as-is" basis and is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Program, including delayed responses or service interruptions. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Contact

Questions about this policy or these Terms can be directed to the business you contacted, or to CatchCall AI directly via the number used to text you.
